Grilled Chicken Salad


Salad Greens: kale, arugula, and romaine lettuce 

Salad ingredients: 
4 oz grilled chicken (salt and pepper only)
1 hard boiled egg (whites only)
1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese 
1/2 roasted red pepper 
2 sticks heart of Palm 

Roasted red pepper:
Place pepper on the grill until heavily charred. Place in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. Leave until pepper is cooled. The skin should peel right off with minimal effort.
