It is 10am Friday morning and instead of sleeping in - until 9 like normal - I got up and went to the gym. Zumba class from 7:30-8:30 then walking on the treadmil to cool down for a half an hour.
I already walked my step goal for the day on my fitbit!
I am super happy I got up early to work out. It started my day off right and I feel fabulous !
