Olive and Spinach Salad

Spinach with olives and tomatoes. 

Balsamic vinaigrette:

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 

5 tablespoons canola 

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste 

1/2 garlic clove, minced
