Portobello mushroom cap
Arugula
Tomato
Clams
Crab meat
Lemon
Balsamic vinegar
Toss portobello in some balsamic vinegar. Grill portobello mushroom until hot and soft. Chop clams and poach in some warm butter. Place sliced tomato and arugula on portobello. Drizzle with lemon juice.
