Artichoke Kale Recipe

1 can artichokes chopped roughly 
1/4 cup spinach chopped roughly 
1 large leaf kale minced fine
1 tablespoon roasted garlic purée 
1 egg white 
2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled 
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated 

Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes
