Soy-Rich Quinoa



Cut firm tofu into small squares and sauté in some olive oil. 
Cook some quinoa in vegetable stock with a dash of soy sauce (fermented soy) 
Toss together and enjoy! 


Soy is especially good for women to eat. It helps produce estrogen, which women in their 40s+ are sometimes lacking. This natural hormone controller is helpful for women who are post-menopausal who suffer from hot flashes and night sweats. So drink up your soy milk and throw some tofu into your daily meal schedule !
